Imposible expresar la situación con la que me he encontrado esta tarde.
He acudido a la oficina del doctor para recoger mi historial medico que llevo solicitando desde la semana pasada y cuando por fin consigo que me lo hagan, me piden $25 para entregármelo.
La persona que me ha atendido ha sido descortés, maleducado y prepotente pero lo peor es que me ha discriminado por ser latina.
Y al final me ha tirado el sobre diciéndome que el sabía de donde venía yo... que también se ha equivocado porque daba a entender que venía de Mexico y soy española.
Da igual de donde venga tengo los mismos derechos que cualquier otra persona.
Quiero destacar que esta persona es la primera vez que la veo y que el otro personal que me ha atendido en el pasado ha sido educado y respetuoso, pero esta persona no debería estar cara al público.
En fin, una situación muy desagradable sin sentido ninguno.

It was a seamless experience from making the phone call to set the appointment to the first adjustment -- all this happened within 1 hour. I feel so much better. He knew exactly what to do and got it done. The staff was very friendly and positive. I will be going back.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Not really. I've been given a couple of tips but that's all
