The office was clean. They are very understanding and answered all my quesions. Dr. Enlow was very paitent and understanding as well. Great office!

Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.
