Dr. Michael is by far one of the best chiropractors I've ever been to. My husband was in the military and in every state we've lived I've always gone to a chiropractor so I've been to lots. This doctor listens to what your problems are and he targets the problem. He did my adjustments while I was pregnant and made such a huge difference in my quality of life. My husband was in a car accident and badly injured his neck. Dr. Michael treats him too. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced.
