Dr. Cifra is thorough, encouraging, helpful, detailed in his answers of my questions, kind, and very professional. The adjustments not only relieve the tension in previously damaged areas, but my overall wellness is amazing. I have not had so much as a head cold in almost 3 years.

I did feel a little less pain after my chiropractic treatment but nothing major. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They are sales people! He is a decent chiropractor, and he specializes in spinal decompression. It costs $5,000-$7,000 depending on what you get done and insurance doesn't cover it. He claims to have a 95% success rate, but that percentage has to be less because it didn't work for me. The real story behind spinal decompression is more like 50/50. If it works, it is worth the money. If it doesn't work, it is not. It is not a miracle procedure. Just another form of treatment. Typical of chiropractors today, they peddle expensive supplements, alternative treatments, and claim they can cure anything and lengthen your life...simply because (in NYS), they only get paid a maximum of $25 per visit by the insurance companies.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
