I've been seeing Merrill for six months, and while most of the time my initial reason for seeing him (neck pain) is better, it's still an ongoing problem despite changes in my environment, following rehab orders, and continuing visits. Seeing him has caused other issues to become problems, such as mid and lower back pain, and he has tried to explain that the spine is connected and that adjusting one segment can cause problems elsewhere. However, I generally feel like I've signed myself up for life-long treatment because nothing is ever *fixed* with any sort of finality. I realize it's an ongoing fight, but I'm young, active (gym 2-5 times per week, cardio, weights, and yoga regularly), and have tried to follow the doctor's instructions. I ice my pain points often.

In general, I'm ready for a second opinion.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
