My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. They barely gave me any information at all. But tried to get me to sign a multi-month contract that was to charge me OVER & ABOVE my medicare and secondary insurance! When I couldn't understand what this extra charging was for she became short and curt and defensive. There are a lot of smoke and mirrors at that clinic & I will not go back. Finally, the xrays they insisted on taking (altho I brought film just taken) were so poor, they could not be informational.
I am going back to my original surgeon for another 'direction' of treatment but NOT HERE. Most of the staff was friendly enough. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Absolutely not, the office was disgusting
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office?
