They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
