I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all! I was very confident when I left!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
Completely!
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
