They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

The receptionist seemed shy at first, but then she really opened up and was quite friendly and helpful. The technology at this office is excellent - they even have forms you can fill out online so that you don't have to do your paperwork there. I like that the doctor really listened to me and gave me a new solution to my dry eyes that I hadn't thought of before (daily contact lenses). I really like this office and highly recommend it to anyone who could use an eye exam.

My visit to Dr. Paull's office was absolutely wonderful. The customer service is top notch and they make you feel right at home. I did not feel as if I was "just another patient".
