I'm thrilled with how my appointment went. My pet was able to recover quickly under their care. The staff went out of their way to make both me and my pet feel welcome. It felt like they really cared about both of us. I loved that they took their time with my pet, and didn’t rush the appointment at all. They made sure my pet was relaxed and that all my questions were answered. They're almost always able to answer my questions over the phone. It's so nice not having to drive down there for an appointment every time I want an answer to my question. They put in the extra effort to make me and my pet feel valued and important.

Dr. Huq has been phenomenal. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars with veterinary specialist. We then came to see Dr. Huq and he quickly relieved my dog from her extremely agonizing allergies (skin lesions, scratching, eye problems, etc.). Dr. Huq and his staff have always given extraordinary attention to me and my pet each and every time we have gone to the office, even if it was only to pick up medication. It is very apparent that Dr. Huq really cares about his patients and works with owners.

This has been one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had with those that are supposed to 'help' my pet. I went into the hospital when my dog started having some very concerning symptoms such as bleeding and shivering and unwillingness to eat. After telling the vet the symptoms he told me to rush in. Unlike the vet the assistants that helped him were very helpful and did ease some of my concern for my pet. - there is a lack of hygiene here. My dog had bled on the table after been probed by the vet. And all the vet did was with his dirty glove wiped the blood and on the table and floor and proceeded out, however when my dog had an accident in the lobby I did see the receptionist clean the area . - If you ask questions about your dog etc. He will let you know that 'you don't know anything ... and when you come back two weeks later you will understand'. He makes it seem that he is doing you a favor, I was very uneasy when he kept mentioning that. The only reason I asked so many question was due to the fact I am young and I didn't understand alot that was happening and I wanted my dog to get the best care. - The vet was a little rough with my dog, and I knew she was in pain so this didn't help the dislike I already had - And finally after paying him over 300 dollars he had told me that I was a negligent owner and he said sure I have been spending a lot of money on my dog but I should go against the care of the clinic I have been regularly visiting. Needless to say at a time that I thought my dog wasn't going to make it, this vet made it no easier for me. I will say his assistants are very nice and caring for the pets. She answered my questions and also went out of her way to assure me that everything was alright. The receptionist even told the vet himself that I wasn't being negligent if I was following the procedures that my regular vet was telling me to do. Maybe he was having a bad day, but this experience made me not want to ever visit this clinic again.

If you had asked me last week, I would have given this vet 4 stars. After this week, he has gone down considerably... My dog is 4 and is in need of a teeth cleaning. I have been putting it off due to finances but decided to schedule to get it done. I found out that another vet offers a wellness packages that includes all vaccinations and cleanings for a year at a reasonable price so I called and cancelled the cleaning at Bethany Pet Hospital. The tech calls me back and informs that they have wellness plans as well. How come this was not mentioned to me before?! I was just there a week prior getting routine shots for my dog and the vet never said a word about it! I even told him my concerns about the costs of the yearly shots and cleaning yet no mention of an affordable plan. This vet seems shady and out for money. I'll be taking my dog elsewhere.

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They had the best parking situation that I've ever seen at any office. I found a spot right next to the entrance within seconds. I wasn't confident that they would take good care of my pet. I didn't think that they knew what they were doing. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. Every review they have is from their actual staff!

I brought my puppy there and from the front desk to the Dr. I was absolutely impressed.
Everything was taken care of and feel confident bring our pets there.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were one of the most caring, devoted veterinarians I've ever seen. Their commitment to lower costs at no sacrifice to the care for the animal was impressive. They made my pet feel very comfortable and loved. I'm absolutely going to recommend them to everyone I know. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
