GREAT DR GREAT STAFF GOT SAME DAY APPT WHICH I CALLED AROUND AND COULD NOT GET. THIS IS A SPECIAL DR HE IS CARING AND VERY VERY SMART. FOUND WHAT MY PRIMARY MISSED.

Dr. Cicero and the staff at Chicago Neck & Back were some of the most caring & professional people I have even been to. He was very thorough with the examination and diagnosis. I went in for knee pain so he treats more then just neck and back issues. He accepted my insurance & they are flexible with appointments. I also brought my son in for a sports related injury and now he's back to playing the sport he loves!

1st I want to say I don't write reviews for anyone or anything but this place has helped me beyond words! Doctor Cicero is great and really does his best to treat & get you feeling the best you can be. & the staff are some of the best I have ever dealt with anywhere especially Kathy she has helped me with everything from all my disability paperwork to working with my co-pays, she's the best!!! I totally recommend Chicago Neck & Back to anyone!!!

When I went to Chicago Neck and Back, the staff and the doctor were very nice to me and helpful. Dr. Cicero was very nice and helpful to me when I was in pain and gave me am accurate diagnosis, and he told me everything that I need to know so my pain can go away. They also made sure and gave me calls seeing if I still had back pain and made sure that my pain was not there anymore. I still had some pain, so we had set up another appointment to make sure that my pain is gone for good. I highly recommend going to Chicago Neck and Back! Dr. Cicero will sure help you.

Dr Cicero and his medical staff treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. At my first initial visit, they are helpful, informative, explained every thing they were going to do. Dr Cicero listened to my problem, my aches and pains, he explained everything thoroughly. I felt comfortable and with the treatments I've received I feel so, so much better. Thank you Dr Cicero and the staff of the Chicago Neck and Back Institute

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
