I don't think I ever taken to the time to complete "like type" reviews either when I've had a poor or an even superior experience - so here goes. I came into the office today as a new patient and had a near stellar experience. From Alex at the front desk, to Jenna right down to Leo Christensen himself! The entire experience from earlier in the week with Alex working with my LA based dental office to get copies of my x-rays to Jenna's detailed explanation of each step she performed was just awesome. I left thinking "WOW". I was extremely impresssed with all this local exceptional talent right here in Mesa. I'll be back!

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time, lighting was very appropriate and overall ambiance was calming and tranquil. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I was in some pain when after the injection wore off; however, I feel much better following the extraction knowing that I have one less thing to worry about. Again, staff were very knowledgeable and well-informed. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed Dr Christiensen to address. It was great to be able to talk to such skilled, patient, and friendly staff.

All of my questions were answered, and I was encouraged to call if/when I have any more questions. The office staff were professional and friendly. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find, because I pass by it regularly. I'll definitely be going back.
