The poorest patient communication I have ever had. The level of the incompetence of the clerical staff is astounding. I canceled my appointment due to fear of such an apparently disorganized clinic and the inability to actually speak to the doctor. Why do I have to pursue the clinic with numerous calls trying to find out what time I am supposed to be there only to find out I need a "disc" which I cannot get the day before the surgery. I will be sure to relate my experience with Wheaton to the doctor if he cares to call. 262-785-5594
