I did not get pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. Dr. Clark answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The Dr. was very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I started getting a lot of pain toward the end of my visits and started getting sciatic nerve pain down my left leg and could not stand for a very long time due to back pain. I could not work or do anything with this pain.

I went to another chiropractor and informed that with a torn disc I should not have been doing any of the exercises that I was told to do nor had my disc manipulated. I was told that with a broken bone you do not exercise it or stretch it, but you put it in a cast to heal.
I was told that they would recommend surgery to repair torn disc if they fond they could not help me and it was necessary.
I wore a back brace for 1.5 months and told not to lift, bend or do anything to stretch the torn disc and they used ultra sound and electric stimulus on the muscles around the torn disc to remove the scar tissue so that my back could be moved back into to place.
I feel the visits to Dr. Clark at the least delayed my recovery and did more harm than good.
Today I am no longer going to a Chiropractor and minor discomfort. I was given exercises to do daily to strengthen the damaged area.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
