Jessica always makes me feel like I am understood and accepted. I never feel like she is watching a clock. She ever is never more than 10 minutes late and she makes up the time. I appreciate this because I know I have been one of those people who needed a little more time at the end of session and she provided it.

My family and I were unsatisfied with her level of experience, and concerned by her lack of professionalism and questionable ethics. While Ms Neighbors claims to "counsel" clients, she rarely provided any quality or poignant input during our sessions, and there was no resolution reached or movement toward resolution with the issues brought to discuss. I believe it was a colossal waste of our time and money to use her counseling services.

My husband and I visited Jessica for marriage counseling. There is often a wait and once I was even kept waiting for 30 minutes after my session was supposed to begin. She talks a lot, and tends to bring up her personal experiences, which was sort of off-putting. After four sessions (two together with my husband, and two individual) I didn't feel that Jessica had given me ample opportunity to express my core issues, and my husband felt the same. She would talk through about 80% of the session and we would talk about 20% of it, then felt rushed to get out so she could get to her next appointment. Upon leaving I would feel like nothing was accomplished, and Jessica would often refer to "future" sessions where we would discuss the things we wanted to discuss, but no timeline was really given, so neither my husband nor I could justify a continued relationship with her. We will seek somebody else for counseling and hopefully have better results.
