I wasn't told anything about my X-Rays and I was uncomfortable starting treatment without at least seeing them first. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way.

The main problem I had was that upon the first visit, Dr. Baskin wanted me to come back in about 20 more times within a few weeks. I thought it was overkill, and chiropractic is not cheap. I honestly felt like I was being used to generate revenue.

Dr. Baskin and his office are amazing. They represent what medical care is supposed to be, and treat the whole body, answer every question, and even do extra research when needed to figure out a complicated issue. Dr. Baskin in thoroughly professional, and doesn't initiate any treatment without ordering all appropriate diagnostic tests, imaging, etc., that he needs for diagnosis.
