My dad Francisco Diaz was there to see Dr. Black. My mother is very ill and they both waited for 4 hours to be seen. They had to leave, they had an apt, they took people before them who had signed in. My mom and dad were there at 12 pm. When Dr. Black came out for a second she had her lunch, my mom saw her go into another office for 21/2 hours. No one in the reception asked them if they were ok, hungry or tired. My dad has Parkinson and yet no one seem to care not even the doctor. This is what I call abuse from elderly people. My dad was prescribed antidepressant that cause diarrhea. This was a very important apt for them. I am going to go wherever I can to complain. If this clinic doesn't care for their patients especially workers than this place needs a new Dr. and a new staff. I know if this happened to my parents, this too is happening to other parents. I am too angry to say sincerely yours, which I won't. I want this manner to be taken care off for anyone sick coming to see help from people they trust.
