Zero stars. My girlfriend experienced extreme itching, discomfort and absolutely no improvement to her Melasma; in fact it got a little worse and seven months later still is. Joanne's compassion was not comforting and while she did acknowledge that she had never seen a case so extreme before, she said she would follow up with us on a new treatment protocol that might have been beneficial but she never did. Since she is not a doctor, she was not able to prescribe the cream which would likely have been more helpful than the extremely expensive OTC lotion that we bought instead, to no avail. Yes we could have made another appointment to see the doctor but given the extreme circumstances, having the doctor available at the time that we were there would have been a reasonable gesture.
