The service is terrible! I mean it id terrible. The front deskmlady seems to be the owner of the business, and the doctor is an employee. The doctor listens to the lady what to do with their patients. Don't be fooled on your important eyes. Eyes are too important to not easily give to someone you cannot trust.

Normally I don't leave comments on any Doctor's visit. However Dr Sun was so different, she was so patient and always smalling, she tried to answer the question in the way patient could understood. So far I've visited her office twice and the waiting time was no more than five minutes.

TERRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY MADE ME MUCH MUCH CHEAPER LENSES THAN WHAT I PAID FOR WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME TO REFUNDING ME. THEY CAUSED ME WITHOUT GLASSES FOR 3 MONTHS!!! CAN NOT BE WORSE. IF I DID NOT FIND OUT, THEY WOULD HAVE STOLED MY MONEY AND FRAUDED THE INSURANCE COMPANY.

NOTE, THE GOOD REVIEWS BELOW ARE FAKE, FROM THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.
