I came to Dr. Jim's office with a myriad of pain from past injuries due to a severe car accident. After a detailed exam, Dr Jim developed a strategy to first alleviate pain with gentle hands on manipulation. For long term care, he applied a variety of active therapies & techniques that have helped correct & enhance the structure and function of my body. I have been feeling much better after my work with Dr. Jim and my pain has been greatly reduced. I highly recommend Dr. Jim- he is a highly skilled chiropractor, extremely knowledgeable & resourceful and he makes the healing process fun and easy to understand!

Faced with a long holiday weekend of first-time severe back pain, I admit that I went to Dr. Bowman because his office was the first one I could find that was open on a New Year's Eve. But a few targeted stretches and a deep-tissue massage later, I was good to go. Two thumbs up.
