I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. Dr Trojnar has a wealth of knowledge and was so helpful guiding me through a tough time. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
