Jeff is very nice, friendly, and professional. I was probably a little unusual in that I did not have a specific injury. I have osteoporosis. I needed to know what I could do to help prevent fractures in my spine and hip by using weight-bearng exercises, building muscle, strengthening my core and stretching my back and encouraging correct posture. I will definitely recommend him to people I know. The session is private. Most important, he listens.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

“After knee replacement surgery, my orthopedic surgeon recommended Jeffrey Juraska. The length of time needed for my PT was long due to huge amounts of scar tissue from previous major surgeries to the same knee. I was anxious to begin recovery therapy. However, I was cautious beginning with a new therapist.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that Jeff's technique differed greatly from my many previous physical therapists. He has a literal "hands-on" approach to PT. This form of soft tissue manipulation differs from many other PTs who use various machines in their approach. The result is a more gentle, less physically strenuous, and greatly effective rehabilitative experience.
He has successfully helped me through an extended recovery period using his own creative methods coupled with more traditional strenghtening exercises. I was so pleased with Jeff's progress with my knee, I requested additional therapy for 5 bulging discs in my lower back. After several moderately successful treatments using other techniques, Jeff's technique has reduced my pain from #8 to #3, a manageable level.
I very highly recommend Jeffrey anyone of any age who needs PT for any part of their anatomy. He has proven his skill and his technique to me.” July 24, 2011

Every time I come here Jeff always remember me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and professional. They always have an answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Jeff is probably the most studied and learned therapist I have visited in the valley. He is a consummate professional of the discipline and refuses to stop improving or rest on his laurels.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They worked wonders helping me recover from my injuries. I will definitely be recommending this physical therapist to my friends and family. I was afraid that they were going to push me too far during my exercises, but they didn't at all. I was definitely challenged, but they were always very aware of where my limits were. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
