I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
