This is a great little yoga studio! My girlfriend and I have been going to Lisa's beginner class on Mondays for a few months now and it's been so much fun. The class sizes are small and Lisa is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I highly recommend for anyone interested in trying yoga. They even have free mats and accessories for people to use if neccesary.
