They considered my medical background when they made my exercise plan. I knew that every workout would be customized to meet my needs and prevent me from getting hurt. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

This gym is gorgeous!!!! I've never seen anything like it...the lighting and music make my workout unlike any exeperience I've ever had. I'm so glad I went in there looking for a personal trainer. The pricing is more than fair...I got a great hourly price, and my trainer (Sandee) is amazing.

I looking forward to getting my body back and ENJOYING the process :)

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. If I ever have incorrect form when doing an exercise, they are so quick to politely correct me and show me the proper way to do it. I really appreciate the fact that they care whether I'm doing things correctly. The exercises they gave me were so much fun. I never noticed how hard I was working and my workouts flew by. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
