They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Great place but the doctor himself isn't the kindest man. he doesn't like when you ask questions about your own health and he's just plain rude. I heard him speaking to another woman and he was down right nasty to her. very condescending. He talks down to you. I dread going to him.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff went above and beyond what I ever expected them to. They were so warm and friendly. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
