I went in for a keratin treatment and was very surprised at their method. I have had this done at other salons a couple of times so I know what the results are supposed to be. The treatment was done in about half of the time that it normally takes and the worst part is that I could see no results whatsoever. This is a high priced treatment so I expect a stylilst to know what they are doing. I feel completely ripped off by this salon.
