I love, love, love Warrior Eye Care. I started going there a few years ago after a friend raved about them. He was right. Doc is great, her staff is great and patient. I recommend them every chance I get to friends. I have total confidence in them and their up-to-date practice and ability to take care of my health.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

What a ripoff. I will NEVER use them again. My appointment had been made for 2pm and when I got there a few minutes early, they were closed for lunch from 1-2 and no one arrived back until a few minutes AFTER 2 , leaving me anxiously waiting in my car. When I first went in there, the girl at the front desk seemed a little snotty and so unorganized. I had filled out my forms online and sent them ahead of time to avoid filling them out in the office. When I got there, she couldn't find them and they were laid out right in front of her. She argued with me that I had to have a MEDICAL insurance card. WHY does this matter, I provided them with my VISION insurance information since it was a VISION doctor. Finally some other woman behind the desk intervened to help her understand it wasn't needed because I had already provided them with the info they needed ahead of time (online). After the anxiety filled exam, the woman in charge of helping me find glasses/frames in my budget after insurance coverage, was about the nicest one I encountered there. Hilarious issue here: she told me I had "great insurance" and she quoted me a price of $132 BELOW what I was asked to pay the next day when it come to ordering my glasses. The day of my appointment, she had told me to expect to pay around $200 , which sounded great considering I had to have high-index (thinned out) lenses and anti-glare coating ($85), but when my boyfriend went in to order them, they told him it would be $332.00!!!!! And clearly admitted that the employee had quoted us the wrong price. Not OUR fault. What an inconvenience. I wished I would've just taken my business elsewhere, but now I know for next time. These people are highly expensive and a little snoody, so I do NOT recommend. All I know is this nearly $400.00 pair of glasses (after insurance, a joke) better be worth it and last me a long time. I couldn't even get contacts, because it was going to cost me like $120 just for the fitting/exam! I'll be going back to Wal-Mart or something next time.
