The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I have only known Dr. Baric for a short period of time, but the treatment he has provided has already made a huge difference. He is very kind, treats you with great respect, and expresses great concern for one's health improvement. The staff is wonderful as well.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They answer questions about and concerns about everything that can make me feel better, from diet and exercise, to helpful vitamins. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.

I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I went to Dr. Baric a month ago with quite a bit of pain in my right shoulder. The pain is almost gone now. He is gentle and caring and helping me to avoid surgery.
