Their office was the absolute perfect temperature; a relaxing, comfortable office. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment, based how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. They were always happy to help me.

I went to Dr Smith with severe pain. I wasn't able to bend at the waist or walk without pain. He worked on me and after a few visits I felt like I wanted to dance! the pain was gone and I had freedom of movement! He's good and the staff is friendly and the location is easy to find.

When it comes to doing "adjustments," Dr. Smith is great. Most, in his profession, do not have the strength to do an adequate adjustment of the hips. The problem I have is that Dr. Smith does his best to make you a permanent patient, starting with x-rays, 2-3 adjustments per week, and then once a week or more for the rest of your life. This is not necessary. I went to another chiropractor, who was also a napropath, and his way was (no x-rays, as this Dr. did not need them to see where you were out of whack.). His way was to have you come in 2-3 times per week for two or three weeks, and teach you exercises to keep you in reasonable shape. Not all of us are meant to be perfect. There is even an exercise that directly loosens the hips that I found online. You need a 3" strap that you put around your upper body, and you raise one leg at a time to put your knee inside the strap. You have to adjust the length to suit your size. Once your knee there, you push hard for a short count for 10 times, and then you do the other leg. When you have lower back pain it is often because "one leg is longer than the other." Put in actual terms, one hip has rotated back at its top while the other hip rotates forward, making your legs two different length. By using the strap, you can loosen your hips over a few days and make your hips straight again.
