A little, but it was bearable

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

They were somewhat gentle, but I wasn't impressed

I don't really care about chairs, or waiting rooms; what I do care about is if he can make my back not hurt constantly, and on this account he does a wonderful job. He's a nice man, he makes me feel better, I see him about every 3-4 weeks and have for years. He's adjusted me through pregnancy, and all stages before and after and has done a good job.
