Dr.Brett performed surgery to replace 2 discs in my cervical area. His diagnosis and treatment was quick and accurate to relieve my pain. After my first visit with Dr. Brett I was scheduled for surgery 6 days later due to the pain I was experiencing. Dr Brett was informative and caring every step of the way.

I was very nervous about the idea of back surgery because I'd heard so many negatives from several people ranging from the horrible procedures to very painful recoveries and never ending pain. I decided that I wanted the BEST surgeon available if I was going to proceed with the surgery I so desperately needed. I heard about Dr. Brett from a few of his past patients. They all stated that Dr. Brett knew what he was doing and that they were never concerned about being in good hands. I was told that he wasn't a hugs & touchy surgeon, but I wasn't going in for hugs & touches! I wanted a very experienced surgeon. This is what I found in Dr. Darrell Brett. I was very informed prior to the surgery which really put me at ease. The surgery went very well as expected without a hitch. My recovery has also gone as expected. It's been just over 3 months since my surgery and I am feeling pretty good. I still have some pain that comes from my own over action, ie. doing things I shouldn't be doing yet. The pre-surgery pain and numbness that in my legs no longer exist. I was also very happy with Dr. Brett's staff at NW Spine Surgery. They were always very helpful and kind. I was always assisted quickly when I called and when I came into the office for help or appointments. I'd refer others to Dr. Brett without hesitation. Thank you Dr. Brett for all you did to help me!

Prior to surgery, Dr. Brett was honest, positive, and renewed my hope. Following surgery, I knew he was also correct. I was given a new outlook for my future. I am very thankful and very grateful. Exceptional professionalism in every area.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love how attentive they all are. Their full attention was always on me and it made me feel very special. Dr. Brett performed surgery on my 5th lumbar one month ago. I had heard he is the best, and now I believe it. I have no pain in my legs or lower back anymore and my incision is barely visible after only one month. I heard he was on the cover of TIME magazine. At any rate I believe he IS the master and I am so very blessed to have had him do my surgery. He made me feel at ease and not afraid. Even the anesthesiologist helped ease my fears and put me out with a big smile. What a nice experience. I feel 19 again, I am just so very thankful for Dr. Brett, and all the ones working with him. They all made me feel at home.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
