Over the years whenever I have received counseling from Ms. Verdiano I have benifited greatly from her insightful observations. Her sessions are professional and caring She has helped guide me through many life challenges. She knows how to drill down on the real issues in a compassionate way. Through her thoughtful counseling I have learned how to search within myself to form solutions, make better decisions concerning my mental health, my relationships and my life in general. I would reccomend Ms. Verdiano's counseling to anyone who is suffering and also to those who want to increase their mental and psycological health in general.

I do advise anyone seeking individual, marital or family therapy to retain the services of Ms. Verdiano. There was not one instance when she started any of my sessions at the appointed time - even if I was scheduled as the first patient of the day. She was not only tardy in starting sessions, her lack of punctuality led to belayed end times and encroached into other patients' sessions. She was often disorganized and terrible with paperwork or general office operations. After months of therapy and divulging painful & life-changing circumstances, she crossed the boundaries by trying to be a counselor to both me & my husband - causing additional & irrevocable stress that resulted in marital dissolution. Lastly, she began contacting me outside of therapy sessions, involving herself in my personal life - creating genuine discomfort that was inappropriate & unaccepted. After spending $5K out of pocket for therapy, I ultimately terminated her services.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
