Erik Cooper never logged into our zoom video appointment and never contacted me to explain his absence. This is unacceptable for a mental health worker, especially since I obviously am in a fragile mental health state, otherwise I would not have contacted him.

Eric seems to be overwhelmed and unorganized. VERY DIFFICULT to contact and get a call back. Did a decent job in the one session I attended with my adolescent, but its hard to tell if the therapy he is providing is addressing the issues. I suspect he is a good therapist when and if he is able to address his own time management issues

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. All of my questions were answered completely thoroughly. I felt like I definitely learned a lot. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

No, I wasn't impressed

No. I still haven't talked to them.
