My phone calls were never declined because of missed appointments or callers who requested phone counseling first. Individualized phone counseling sessions contributed to increased listening and understanding of women developmental issues. A chair probably would have been provided if needed for individual or group counseling in an office. Phones at home increases acessibility for counseling when required for me or other family members.
