I spent 2 months there for prescription pill abuse. The counsoulers were all very caring and helpful. I have been clean for over a year and learned alot while I was there. I would definitely recommend CMR. And the man in charge, Charlie Murphy really helped me out alot. He helped make my stay there very compfortable.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and you speak to the owner/director very easily. They treat everyone fairly, the people who tend to have negative things to say try everything they can to break the rules and aren't working the same program as everyone else.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

No, they definitely favor certain clients
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
