I made my way there on Saturday, I was told be other facilities that they would be open. I knocked on the door & rang the bell. There was no sign on the door? Maybe they've closed?

Bacs continues and the clients suffer. Two of the case manager shared with me on how the new system was not working. That would explain why 3 people quit.Shandra, The new manager. For some unknown reason is downright mean. Not approachable, very cold, She is actually down right mean. In the past 3 weeks I have run out of medicine and received none of the bi weekly services I used to. You go to the high ups for help. they brush us off. I would imagine it is because they too are overwhelmed as well. Workers say it is getting less money, and under the management of Shandra things are going to continue to do go down the drain. It would probably help alot of people if that were to happen
