This doctor is uses debunked therapies on his minor patients. I went through conversion therapy with him when I was a a teenager in the early 2000s. Because my school and parents forced me. His use of the "bible" is a joke. I'm still very much gay just with a whole lot mental baggage now. I have attempted suicide several times. After starting the therapy the headmaster of Liberty christian told my mother . To watch after me because I would like try to take my life. I have struggled with substance abuse( sober for 8yrs) and have never been able to have a loving relationship with anyone. I can't get the mental help I need because I feel like all of mental health professionals are like him. I sincerely pray and hope he doesn't hurt another boy mentally as he did me.

I was seeing Dr. Acho for some emotional issues. We were making serious headway I changed jobs and my insurance coverage changed and I was not able to continue the sessions. I liked his professionalism, I liked his honesty with me. I was referred to him by a family member who was pleased with his services as well.

This Counselor uses sound clinical psychology in conjunction with the Holy Word of God (The Bible) to provide insight and instruction in caring for his clients. He has been my go to when going through marital struggles, addressing signs of ADHD in my tween, and anxiety and strained relationship with her father for my teen. Each session begins and ends with prayer. He communicates and coordinates treatment well with our PCPs and Psychiatrist. He is truly a gift from God for my family.
