I have been a client here for 5 years. I loved the therapist I started with, but she's since left and the one I have now who took over her case load is pretty good as well. My problem, though, is with the practitioner whom I also see named Gail. She is TERRIBLE at calling in prescription refills in a timely manner. I have had to leave her several messages in order to get my meds refilled in between visits. If you need her to refill meds, you will definitely need to start calling her at least 2 weeks before you run out. Also, she does not seem to remember me from visit to visit and she always appears to be preoccupied and disorganized. HORRIBLE professional.

My 14 and 16 year olds have been getting counseling at this establishment for a few months now scheduling has always been an issue. The therapist do what they can but when my daughter's therapist left she was never reassigned to a new one. I was there last night for a walk in emergency visit with the psychiatrist Gail. After waiting 2 and a half hours with a 7 and 4 year old we were told without medication she couldn't do anything and it's ok for him to miss school because he's having panic attacks because he's not trying to get into Harvard or Yale. This is not acceptable when I asked for alternative ways of helping him because he rather not be medicated I was told fish oil would solve our problems. Really this is what you get paid for? Don't tell people with problems that you don't have time to help them. Don't complain about missing your break when I was there 2 hours and 45 min. Don't say you have walk in hours when your completely booked! we will be going somewhere else from now on. If you happen to call for an appointment don't speak to Anna very unhelpful! The only helpful one thereason is Monica but she can only do so much.
