I have 3 dogs and have been taking them to Dr.Thielen for years ( the oldest is a 15 year old rescue that he helped me save) His prices are reasonable and he always explains everything very well. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Ware Road Hospital.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I loved that they thoroughly explained the risks and benefits of my pet's treatment. I felt much less nervous about starting my pet's treatment, when I knew what to expect.
