Both Dr Tillou and the new female Doctor were excellent. Have been taking my pets there starting with the grandfather, then the father and now the son.

switching to another vet went today and felt rushed and talked down too sorta cocky.. I felt as if I was bothering him his staff were the same way. Just a terrible experience would not recommend to anyone. Had no problem taking my money though.

Saw Guy for years no problems, his son Bratt was the problem. bedside manner was aweful. He rushed me in wouldnt let me speak. removed dog from table. Didnt feel he observed his skin. when i pointed it out, he GRABBED my dog by the neck and elsewhere making him screech to put him back on the table. scaring my dog even more. upon checkout i said to his red headed nurse "Gosh he is fast, a fast talker" and she sneered at me and said "he just spent 15 minutes with you for a 10 minute appointment" The dog has mange and was not treated for it.

I can't say enough about the Doctors here. Very nice, professional, compassionate. I have been going there for 40 years. Since Dr. Donald Tillou. A sad day for me today but they were both wonderful. Beautiful facility.
