DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!! The vets are overbooked and overlook vital information. I brought my dog in SOOO many times over the past two months telling them he had something wrong with his GI tract-- sometimes even twice a week. They prescribed him different med after med which made him sicker. He finally passed away due to their misdiagnosis. He didn't have to die, but they seemed so busy that they couldn't take the time to give him a proper examination or refer him to someone who could at least. I had two different vets in his past week of life examine him here and both said he was perfectly fine. This place should be shut down. The receptionists have been repeatedly snappy with me despite my grief and just now when I tried to cancel their CareClub (after paying $13,000 in bills to VCA), they told me I would need to pay another $1400 to cancel their plan even though my dog is dead. This place caused me such heartbreak and disappointment. All I can do now is warn others not to come here in hope that I can save other pets.
