I have used your service before for my dog Rikko and I am a disabled Senior and was able to get his shots waived . And that was truly a blessing and now I have rescued an abused dog that I have no record of shots nor age and I do need your help once again. Can you help me with this through your disabled program. We adopted the perfect companion for our cat from them through Petsmart. In less than 2 months she came down with the severe FIP and after emergency calls and almost $2,000 later, we had to have her euthanized. We contacted them to let them know as our cat had a brother she came in with to their shelter. The person we talked to couldn't wait to get off the phone with us and never offered a refund or our choice of another cat. Very concerning.
