It felt like my pet and me spent an entire day in their waiting room. Realistically, it was more like half a day, but it was still way too long. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. The next time my pet gets sick, there is no way I would ever bring them back to Sanford Doug DVM again. I would never trust them to take care of my pet. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all.
