No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

My cat had hepitic lipidosis. I took her to Dr. Poinsette. She had not been diagnosed yet. Bank vet where they diagnosed her. She had lost the precious time she needed to get better. They treated her and she had to stay there for 6 days. When they sent her home she had a lot of medication to take. She was not having a bowell movement. We called Red Bank and they suggested taking her to our local vet Poinsette for an enima and fluids.
He told me to wait a while longer. I called Red Bank and they said it needed to be done immediately! Now we had lost more precious time-a few days--He saw the cat. did not give her an enima. Waste of time. We drove back up to Red Band one hour away. They were furious.
Wanted to know why the vet had not given the cat the enima and fluids.
She died at RedBank right after we arrived.
He is a horrible vet! Do not go there EVER!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
