We recently had a cat of 14 years pass away. It was such a painful thing to go through. It also happened to be the day after Christmas when she passed. I called Northeast Veterinary Services, and right away the technician( I believe her name was Laurie) was outstanding. She was compassionate throughout the entire process. When I arrived, she had all of my paperwork ready, and even came out to take my cat inside so I didn't have to . A week later, I received a thoughtful card in the mail.
As any pet owner knows, the loss of an animal is never easy. I can honestly say with all of my heart that thanks to Northeast Veterinary, the process was so much easier.
Thank you for having such a compassionate staff. There are no words to describe how helpful they are.

When we adopted our oldest lab (now 4 years old) the people we adopted her from had chosen Noreast Veterinary Associates for her vet care. We met Dr. Tierney and the wonderful Noreast Vet Techs shortly after adopting her and had no doubt that we would continue her vet care with Noreast. We have been nothing but pleased with Dr. Tierney and the entire Noreast staff's care. We now have a second lab (10 mths) and both dogs love going to see Dr. Tierney and the Noreast Vet Techs. They always take the time to listen and provide options, and are always very accommodating of our schedules. There are a number of veterinary options to choose from in the Lakes Region, and although we have to drive ~20 miles to Noreast, we would not think of ever having anyone but Dr. Tierney care for our kids. I highly recommend Noreast to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care in the Lakes Region.

It took just one visit for me to be impressed with this clinic! I've lived in the area for years, got annoyed with my previous Vet's tendency to upsell EVERYTHING. I came in with two dogs, one of which is very wary of new men. Without even knowing this, Dr. Tierney came out to the waiting room while I was filling out paperwork, pulled up a chair and had my Lab mix licking his face within two minutes! I cannot tell you enough how much this shocked me- in a strange place, with strangers around, this says a lot for Dr. Tierney that my dog would take to him this quickly! This clinic was great- clean, got in to appointments quickly, answered any and all questions and were extremely pleasant while doing so! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
