Dr Martin Scott, Is beyond a doubt a excellent veterinary doctor who took a long time with me and my 2 boston terriers, His wife is a excellent vet as well ,who cares for my guinea pig Sally. Dr Martin Scott, did a thorough exam on my dogs and tested one of them for Cushions, I will be calling to start medication,my dogs rear legs are getting worse and I'm concerned its from cushions. I know Dr Martin is the right doctor for this and have a lot of faith in him. His staff is nice maybe need to be more people oriented and more greeting when you come to the facility, I've noticed some people mention this in their comments , I just think its because the staff takes their job seriously and are distracted with making sure doctors orders get carried out an information is logged properly in the computers. Which if you look at the big picture this is what you want in a vet practice. I highly recommend him and his wife to anyone.

My mother wanted less rather than more services for her cat and they were willing to work with her. My impression was that they care about the pets and the pet owner. The staff is friendly and helpful. They were very professional and loving with the cat and my elderly mother.

Pathetic service. We had a prescription for our dog transferred to this office and we were given the wrong dosage. It was 3x stronger than the prescription & more than 3x more than we needed. When my girlfriend returned to the office to exchange the medicine she was told the vet wanted to see the dog. after waiting almost an hour, the vet "examined" the dog in less than 3 minutes & charged my girlfriend for an office visit telling her (& later me) that it was illegal for them to give us medication without an exam. Even though they had given me (the wrong) medication an hour earlier- without an exam. I returned to the vet & told them I wanted our money back for the "exam" because it was unnecessary & a farce. Turns out this is a policy, not the "law". After calling their bluff they agreed to refund all of our $ if we returned the medication. So I went home, got the medicine & returned to the office. I was then told to take a seat & wait because it was going to be a while before the vet could write me a check. I waited, then was told the vet had to go to the bank. after about 20 mins of waiting & never seeing either vet, they finally refunded the "exam" fee out of petty cash & the assistants own wallet & gave me back the medicine that they had made me go home to get. What a joke! The whole situation was sketchy. We wont be back!

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
