He is a hateful old man who has no respect for the animals he is being paid to "care" for or his own employees. He berates and verbally abuses his staff and puts the animals in horrible living conditions. He should be stripped of his licence for he is a terrible person and a worse vet.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They always return my phone calls within the same day. It's so great, especially when I need a question answered right away. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
