This animal clinic will not work with you on payment plans. Per the person answering the phone, if you (the customer) can't afford all the fees that they charge and you (the customer) get turned down for their pet insurance, they will not work with you (the customer) on a payment plan. They will NOT even look at your animal. They're only interested in the money, not HELPING animals that have an emergency situation. If you need serious help and can't afford to pay up front, look for another clinic. This one WILL NOT work you or help your animal.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It was obvious that they had kept up on their education. They knew about all the latest advancements in veterinary medicine, even ones that had happened very recently. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
