They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I really appreciated that they explained the benefits and risks of my pet's treatment. After they explained it to me, I had a much more clear and thorough understanding. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

I've already been recommending them to everyone I know. I know that any pet would benefit from their care. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing this clinic to do my dog spay. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
